Andréa Narvaez, DNP, MHA, RN, NE-BC

Dr. Andréa Narvaez, DNP, MHA, RN, NE-BC serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Parker Adventist Hospital. An enthusiastic nursing leader passionate about making health care a top priority. Helping to empower others to create a culture of continuous improvement, provide clinical excellence and find joy in work. Over her career, Andréa has worked in Labor and Delivery, women’s ambulatory care, primary care, transplant, process improvement, and nursing leadership. Andréa is proud to be leading Parker Adventist as a Magnet hospital and is dedicated to creating high quality and advancing the practice of nursing.

Andréa has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Regis University, a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Regis University. She is also certified as a nurse executive and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

A Colorado native, Andréa enjoys spending time outdoors whether with her husband hiking, riding her horse, running, or golfing.
