Shera Lee Matthews, Integrated Client Services Director

Shera has more than 15 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare industry and possesses 10 additional years outside of healthcare in operations management. She oversees revenue operations for the medical clinic and manages the Extended Care Provider Coordination program and oversees clinic Primary Care Integration initiatives, such as dental care. Shera works closely with the providers, staff, and patients to meet quality health care goals while maximizing revenue and data collection. Considered a Medicaid and managed care policy expert, she represents Doctors Care and other safety-net clinic interests with her involvement in the healthcare community. Shera serves as a board member on several committees such as Colorado Medicaid’s Program Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) and the Governing Council for Colorado Access. She holds a B.A. in Education a Minor in Psychology and postgraduate education in Business Administration.
